Bring the whole family and maybe a few friends for a week or two in beautiful Somers Point, NJ! With room for 10, you can bring your sister, your bestie or your mom to help you get the most out of your beach vacation. Relax and recharge or go all out with activities – the choice is yours!

We are located just 10 minutes from the beautiful Ocean City beaches and boardwalk. Ride the waves, eat some fries, take a trip on the Ferris wheel – and then head back to our well-appointed home where you can recharge for a night out! Head to Atlantic City (just 30 minutes away) or Cape May (also just 30 minutes away) or anywhere in between. And if you’d rather stay in, we have everything you need to cook up an amazing dinner! Our home is loaded with games and puzzles, perfect for a rainy day or a fun night in.

The rental consists of the entire upstairs portion of the house, with beds to sleep up to 10. There are three good sized bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Enter the living room with comfy couches and a large TV. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. Enjoy the magnetic scrabble game as a family or just chill out and watch some Netflix. Check the drawers of the cabinets for SO MANY games – that’s also where you’ll find the 6 included beach tags for Ocean City beaches.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Fridge, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher. Spices, coffee and tea included. Seating for 8 at the large table – and if you need to add a few more, the table expands to seat 10. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, plus a crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle and even a large pot for steaming seafood.

Head upstairs to the full bathroom and three bedrooms. Yes, towels are included! As well as all bedding for the bedrooms. Everything new in 2023.

Bathroom has a bath/shower combo, so if you have little ones, they have a place for a bath.

Bedroom one: Mom & Dad’s room! Queen sized bed, access to private deck and private coffee maker for those mornings when you want to have some coffee on the deck before the kids wake up.

Bedroom two: The Library! Queen sized bed, lending library in the bookcase headboard. Need a book to read at the beach? I’ll bet we have one you’d like! There are options for the kids too!

Bedroom three: The Bird Room! Sleeps FIVE – full over full bunk beds plus a single bed. Perfect for the kids.

All beds have new mattresses & bedding purchased in 2023.

After dinner, head out to the private back yard. Flowering trees, chirping birds and room for the whole family to spread out. Updated landscaping is coming in the fall but for now there is a beautiful new patio that features a gazebo with netting plus a table with seating outside for 8. If you need to clean off your beach gear, there’s a hose available. Outdoor shower coming soon.

PARKING: Driveway fits 2 small cars. Ample free street parking as well.

This is a quiet residential street with several police officers living nearby. NO PARTIES! Our home is perfect for families who are willing to be respectful of our neighbors.

The downstairs & garage are not included in this rental. This area is generally not occupied, or it is occupied by the owner of the property. Please do not attempt to enter the downstairs.
